Booking related questions:

You can only book your appointment through our online schedule here. Every two months a new schedule is available for bookings. 

Leave the field “choose your specialist” empty to see all available time slots. If you still can’t find any available time slots, and you don’t see the dropdown menu to select any months, this means we are currently fully booked for the selected service. You can either wait for our next available schedule or check for cancellations every day between 8-10 pm.

Sometimes we block the booking page on purpose as we are making changes to the online schedule. This way we prevent bookings while we’re still checking the online schedule. As soon as the agenda is officially online, the page will be unblocked and you can book without being asked for a code.

Every two months a new schedule will be available . The next schedule for returning clients will be online on 21/10 at 20:00. The schedule for new clients will be online on 22/10 at 20:00.

At Fixcurls we simply don’t like the standard CG-method. Therefore we have created a 60 minute, all inclusive treatment for new clients to educate them about their natural curly hair, and teach them everything there is to know about our Fixcurls method, which results in a personal hair routine tailored to your curly needs. Simply because every client is different and every client comes in with a different hair history we need to know about. We can’t do all of this within 30 minutes, the average time we take to fix the hair of our returning customers. 

The Intake is a 60 minute, all inclusive treatment for new clients. It includes a final wash, a hair analysis, the Fixcurls vitamin treatment, a tailored hair routine, product styling and if possible*, we diffuse it for you. *This can only be done if the hair isn’t heavily damaged or dehydrated.

Appointment related questions:

When you are over 10 minutes late, we can’t help you anymore and we will charge you the full amount of your treatment. Why? Because we have to pay our specialists for the time they have been booked by you.

You can cancel your appointment for free 24hrs in advance, by pressing the link in your confirmation email. If the link doesn’t work, the 24hrs have been expired and we will charge you the full amount of your treatment.

If you have an appointment which includes a cut, we need to see the way your curls fall naturally when we cut it. Simply style your hair with your styling products in and wear your hair out without putting it in a bun or tail. If you don’t, we can’t cut it and the full amount will be charged.

As a new client you do not need to wash your hair as this is included in the intake. Returning clients can add washing to their appointment in the extra options during booking.

We usually advise people to book their next vitamin treatment between 4 to 8 weeks after their last treatment. 

If you don’t show up during your appointment without cancelling it 24hrs in advance, we will charge the full amount of your treatment and you will be on our blacklist. 

If your kid(s) have an appointment you can bring them, otherwise we kindly ask you to leave them at home as we have had many things in our salon accidentally broken which involved kids running around. Please respect our house rules.

We don’t color hair yet but we do have many contacts who are absolute pro’s at coloring natural curly hair. Please ask our specialists for contact details.

We don’t believe you can become a curly hair specialist overnight. We do believe you don’t necessarily need a school diploma to be a successful curly hair specialist. However we don’t sell courses, we do offer an intensive internal course for people who would like to work at Fixcurls. This way we keep our standards high and our Fixcurls methods exclusively within the Fixcurls Family. 

We are always looking for (fulltime) passionate curly enthusiasts with great ambition who pursue a career within the natural curly hair industry. We are also looking for a curly extrovert, our Fixcurls host, who welcomes our clients, answers about 100 phone calls a day, social media and help out in the our studio.
